For auto and all other loan payoff requests, use one of the following options:
- Text your request along with the information outlined below to 989.893.2831.
- Email paymentprocessing@greatlakesfcu.com.
- Call the loan department (989.893.2831 Option 1).
For all loan payoff requests, please have the following information:
- Full name on the account.
- Account number and loan number.
- Year, make, model, and last 4 digits of the VIN (if applicable).
