Getting your account balance at any time has never been simpler.
This service is convenient when our offices are closed, you cannot make the phone call, or are not tech-savvy and you just need the balance so you don’t overdraw funds from your account.
Once you are signed up, you can text BAL and within a minute you will receive your balances on your accounts. There are also options to set up text alerts when your balance reaches a pre-determined low level, when an ACH item will be withdrawn or deposited, when a loan payment is due, etc.
To enroll for text banking through GLFCU, follow these steps:
- Login to your online banking portal on It’s Me 247.
- Click or tap “Go Mobile.”
- Click or tap “More Information” and follow the prompts for enrollment with your phone number.
